In lecture 3 and 4 we go outwards, to test that view in daily life. As a practical exercise this series ends with the (conscientious) question 'to kill or not to kill'. An indispensable exercise for one's own life, but also for all humanity. This knowledge prevents religions and beliefs from being abused as an excuse to kill dissidents. Therefore in lecture 3 the deeper meaning of the fact that the hero in ancient Initiation tales (Arthur, Odysseus, Gautama the Buddha, Jesus, Socrates) overcame his enemies and did / did not kill them.

This lecture consists of two parts. Part 2 is on March 20. That lecture focuses on one’s own life.
