In 1877, H.P. Blavatsky published the book Isis Unveiled. It gained a worldwide reach — even though running directly counter to the traditional ways of thinking of that time. In this book, Blavatsky provided countless examples that the world consists of more than just visible matter; and above all, that everyone can gain knowledge about the Universal teaching: the fundamental principles put forward by all the great world teachers, but which were almost entirely forgotten by Blavatsky’s time. Is the book still relevant today? Can we draw lessons from it?
