The Greek Mysteries

LECTURE AND STUDY

The Greek Mysteries

  • Sunday May 3 2026 - 19:30 CEST
  • Online via livestream

We are familiar with ancient Greek philosophers such as Pythagoras, Empedocles, and Plato. They represented much more than what we now understand as philosophy. They were also initiates into the Greek Mysteries. Although the last Mystery School closed in 529, the names of places associated with it, such as Samothrace, Eleusis, and Delphi, are still known today. What do we know about the Mysteries? What was their source, and does their influence still exist today?

After each lecture there will be a 30 minute interactive Zoom study.
