True leaders do not force, they inspire. They do not march at the front or demand privileges, but humbly follow behind people and encourage them to lead meaningful and ethical lives.
Do such leaders exist?
Certainly, they do! And if we develop the qualities of this kind of leadership within us, we ourselves can become true leaders of our fellow human beings and, moreover, “compel” those even more exalted Leaders to assume their natural role among the people.
